Panjasa Service Management System

Context
Built for PT. Panjasa Intradin— a cold-chain supply operator moving reefer / Daikin containers between Surabaya, Jakarta, and Timika. Damage intake, cross-hub workshop repairs, and approvals needed one secure system instead of paper trails and scattered messages.
Challenge
Container damage was logged in the field, then repairs moved through different hubs with different teams. Without a shared queue and clear ownership, status was hard to trust, audits were slow, and supervisors lacked a clean way to close work with photo proof.
Solution
A full-stack web application with live status, hub-scoped queues, role-based access, vessel/manifest tracking, and an immutable audit trail from intake through repair close-out.
- ▹Multi-hub pipeline across Timika (intake), Surabaya and Jakarta (workshop) with status flow from waiting → in progress → completed
- ▹Role-based access: Admin, Technicians (hub-scoped), Supervisor (verify & close with after photos), Manager (read-only analytics)
- ▹Vessel shipment and manifest tracking with bulk CSV/Excel upload and origin/destination hub controls
- ▹Direct photo attachments with client-side compression for damage and repair proof
- ▹Real-time synchronization so queues and audit events update live across hubs
- ▹Fleet inventory views with search, filters, sort, and column layout suited to operations staff
- ▹Printable one-page service report with digital sign-off stamps for audit packages
Roles at a glance
- Admin — global oversight, user/role management, overrides when needed
- Technicians — hub-specific intake or workshop work; cannot close tickets they are not authorized to finalize
- Supervisor — local authority to complete jobs with mandatory after-repair photo proof
- Manager — cross-hub visibility and KPIs without edit rights

Outcome
One operational system for intake through repair close-out: clearer ownership between hubs, photo-backed completion, and audit-ready history without forcing the team onto a generic ticket tool.
