PT. Jasa Prima Papua is a Timika-based manpower and outsourcing company serving industrial clients across Mimika and Freeport project areas. Beyond placement, the organisation runs vocational and K3 (occupational safety) programs for Papua’s technical workforce — housekeeping, mechanical, electrical, heavy equipment, and related trades.

Training was fragmented across paper records, ad-hoc schedules, and external tools. Instructors needed a single place to manage courses, learners needed a clear path from enrolment to certification-oriented content, and operations needed audit-friendly structure aligned with industrial safety expectations (including PJK3-style programs).

A dedicated web platform for industrial training operations: public landing and program discovery, role-based portals for students and instructors, course libraries, and AI-assisted course creation workflows. Content and imports can align with SafetyCulture-style structured training material where the client uses that ecosystem.
